Many of our Landlords, either based in the UK or oversees, find our residential management service not only time saving, but in many cases a logistical necessity. It has become commonplace for corporate tenants to demand professional management of the properties they occupy. We offer an extensive service which aims to provide a trouble free tenancy for both Landlord and Tenant.

A clear channel of communication and consistency throughout the rental term makes tenants feel more at ease, and a happy tenant generally means fewer void periods. This teamed with cost effective management of the property enables us to maximise our client's investment.

As part of our service we organise the monthly collection of rent and accounting to our client, oversee necessary or ongoing repairs, dilapidations and the return of the deposit at the end of the rental term. We will organise a CORGI Gas Safety Certificate (where necessary) and renew each year, as well as make periodic inspections of the property. We are able to arrange the payment of regular outgoings on behalf of the Landlord from rent received, as well as deal with any correspondence on the Landlords behalf should they be overseas.

At the end of the tenancy we will arrange and oversee the professional cleaning of the property to ensure it is in excellent condition and ready for occupation by the next tenant. For more information, please contact us:
